STAFF ACCESS
Invite gym staff to Gym Ledger and control permissions for members, payments, leads, attendance, reports and workout plans from the owner account.
See how it works ↓A receptionist recording a fee and an accountant reviewing reports have different jobs. Gym Ledger gives staff their own access and lets the owner choose the actions they need. Review the permission list when responsibilities change, instead of sharing the owner login around the front desk.
Invite staff through the supported invitation flow. Each person uses their own account to work with the gym.
Control who can add or edit members, freeze memberships and record payments. Destructive actions are separate from routine desk work.
Financial reporting and data export have their own permissions. Decide who needs business numbers and who needs a downloadable file.
Grant access for leads, attendance, trainers, plans and workout management as needed. Review the actual permissions rather than assuming a job title covers every action.
Start from the owner account and send the staff invitation using the supported flow.
Select the responsibilities the person will handle and check financial and destructive permissions carefully.
Have the staff member sign in and confirm they can complete their assigned work. Update access when the role changes.
The owner grants the receptionist member editing and payment recording access, then separately considers attendance marking. Financial reports and exports can remain outside that role. A trainer can be given workout responsibilities through a different permission selection.
The owner manages staff access. Mobile access and Max web access follow the gym’s plan. Permissions control available work; they are not a substitute for reviewing your team’s responsibilities.
