Gym Ledger started with a simple observation. Most gyms still run on paper registers, WhatsApp reminders, and spreadsheets that only one person understands. Owners spend hours every week chasing dues and copying numbers between books instead of focusing on their members.

Before writing a single line of code, we spent time with gym owners. We watched how they sign members up, collect payments, and try to remember who is about to expire. Every feature in Gym Ledger traces back to one of those conversations. Nothing is here because it looked clever on a screen.

Today Gym Ledger is a free app, available worldwide on Google Play and built on Google Cloud for real-time sync across an owner's devices and staff. It works in five languages, including Hinglish, and it scales from a single studio to a multi-branch chain, at a price any gym can actually afford.

Our goal is straightforward. Give every gym, whether it runs one studio or a large chain, software powerful enough to run the whole business and simple enough to set up in an afternoon.
