Gym Ledger allows you to permanently delete your account directly from the app. This page explains the steps to delete your account and exactly what is removed. Deletion permanently removes your account and Gym Ledger-owned data; only a short-lived security tombstone remains temporarily to block stale sign-in tokens.
When you delete your account, your Gym Ledger account content is permanently removed from your device, our Firebase server data, Firebase Storage, and Firebase Authentication. Gym, member, payment, media, bug-report, and orphaned account content is not recoverable. A minimal temporary deletion tombstone is retained briefly to block stale sessions, then removed by scheduled cleanup.

Razorpay retains its own transaction records inside its systems as required by law and its own policies; that is outside Gym Ledger's control and is covered by the Razorpay Privacy Policy.
Gym Ledger does not retain your account, gym, member, payment, attendance, media, or bug-report content after deletion. A minimal UID-keyed deletion tombstone can remain briefly only to block already-issued Firebase ID tokens; scheduled cleanup removes it after the stale-token safety window. If you re-register later, you start with a fresh, empty account.
Note: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will lose all your gym data — there is no recovery. Please export or save anything you need before deleting your account.
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at admin@gymledger.pro with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your Gym Ledger account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
