Sales Representative
About the role
Help gym owners across India discover GymLedger. Connect with gym and fitness studio owners, understand their challenges with registers and spreadsheets, and introduce them to a better way. This is a commission-based role with a clear incentive structure discussed during the interview.

What you will do
- Identify and connect with gym owners in your city or region
- Understand their current workflow and pain points
- Demo GymLedger and explain how it solves their problems
- Guide them through downloading and setting up the app
- Follow up to ensure they are actively using it
- Share feedback from gym owners with the product team
What we are looking for
- Good communication skills. English is mandatory, plus any regional language.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Responsible and self-motivated. You manage your own schedule.
- Smartphone with internet access to demo the app
- Comfortable reaching out to gym owners via calls, WhatsApp, or in person
Nice to have
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
- Existing connections with gym owners or fitness professionals
- Familiarity with the gym and fitness industry
